Irwin Grams , Head Chemist and Pharmacist
Irwin Grams directs the formulation and manufacturing process including all phases of product research and development at Cosmetic Solutions. As a pharmaceutical graduate of the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, Grams has over 37 years experience in cosmetic chemistry. His background extends from being the principal of an OTC manufacturing company to holding a prestigious position with one of the largest cosmeceutical manufacturers in the world. Since joining Cosmetic Solutions in 1997, Grams has formulated numerous scientifically-advanced products for Cosmetic Solutions as well as major laboratories, physicians and professionals.

David Israch , Chief Financial Officer & Director of Human Resources
Israch is responsible for all financial and administrative functions of Cosmetic Solutions and the vastly expanding private label division of Professional Solutions™. He possesses over 20 years experience in the areas of finance, operations and business development. Prior to joining Cosmetic Solutions, David held senior financial management and operational positions in the telecom and enhanced services software industry both domestically and internationally, culminating in an IPO and company sale.
