In the early 1990s, world- renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Hilton Becker from Boca Raton, FL developed a unique treatment method for his patients. This special formula was composed of two main active ingredients: Squalane and Glycolic Acid. After extensive research and testing efforts, Dr. Becker and his brother, Mervyn Becker, were able to prove that this formula was extremely effective in the rejuvenation of over-stressed and dehydrated skin. Soon after this breakthrough discovery was made, Mervyn Becker began manufacturing Dr. Becker’s scientifically-formulated skin care products in an effort to revolutionize current industry standards. Mervyn Becker is the brother of world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Hilton Becker, and the co-founder of Cosmetic Solutions. Mr. Becker possesses 18 years of extensive experience both as a chartered accountant and as an experienced professional within the personal care industry. His passion and knowledge have driven Cosmetic Solutions to become the industry’s top choice for professionally-formulated private label skin care products.
Irwin Grams , Head Chemist and Pharmacist
Irwin Grams is the director of all research, development, testing, formulation and manufacturing processes at Cosmetic Solutions. He is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa with concentration in pharmaceuticals. Irwin Grams possesses over 37 years experience in cosmetic chemistry, and has held many prestigious positions such as principal of an OTC drug manufacturing company, and conductor of chemistry at one of the world’s largest cosmetics manufacturers. Since joining Cosmetic Solutions’ team in 1997, he has been consistently dedicated to the development of numerous scientifically-advanced skin care products for both the in-house Professional Solutions brand and other private label customers and skin care brands. Irwin Grams is considered to be one of the top innovators of cosmetic chemistry within the industry. His extensive knowledge and experience combined with industry passion has immensely contributed to the success and well-respected reputation of Cosmetic Solutions.
David Israch , Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
David Israch is responsible for all financial, operational and administrative functions of Cosmetic Solutions. He possesses over 20 years experience in the areas of finance, operations and business development. Prior to joining Cosmetic Solutions, David held senior financial management and operational positions in both the domestic and international telecom and enhanced services software industries. David’s expertise and experience are an integral part in ensuring the successful and efficient business operations at Cosmetic Solutions.
